Welcome to Folia House, a charming two-storey stone retreat tucked into the traditional surroundings of Lofou, Cyprus. Folia (Φωλιά) means “nest” in Greek — a fitting name for an intimate village home designed for slow mornings, peaceful evenings and a wonderfully relaxed stay in one of Limassol’s most picturesque wine villages.

On the ground floor, an inviting living area and well-equipped private kitchen come together in a comfortable space where you can settle in and enjoy the freedom of your own village home. Warm stone, traditional character and thoughtful modern comforts give Folia a cosy atmosphere from the moment you step inside.

Follow the wooden staircase upstairs to find the bathroom and a comfortable bedroom created for restful nights. From here, step directly onto Folia’s delightful private balcony, one of the house’s most distinctive features. Overlooking the quaint front yard below, it provides a peaceful little corner for morning coffee, an unhurried start to the day or simply enjoying the quiet atmosphere of Lofou.

Folia House comfortably accommodates two adults in the upstairs bedroom, while the sofa in the ground-floor living area converts into a bed for up to two children under the age of 15. Its close proximity to neighbouring Lithos House also makes Folia an appealing option for friends or families travelling together who would like to stay near one another while retaining the privacy of separate accommodation.

Just a short walk from the centre of Lofou Village and approximately two minutes from Oinoessa’s other guesthouse complexes, Folia places the character of the village wonderfully close at hand.
